Conditions of Entry
1 Submissions must be original.
2 You may submit up to two works for the exhibition. Please note that a diptych, triptych or polytych is counted as one piece. The fee is €5 for one work and €10 for two, payable by cheque or postal order. Payable to:Deborah O'Keeffe
3 Forms must be completed and returned to Back Lane Gallery, Killarey, County Kerry on or before 25th March 2011. Submission forms may not be submitted online.
4 Work must be presented ready for exhibition without any further work needed on it. It must be completely ready to hang or place on a plinth.
5 2D Work must not be larger than 100cm x 100cm including the frame, sculpture may be larger.
6 Work must be priced to include the gallery commission of 20%. Please ensure the selling price is correct as this cannot be changed once the work is submitted. Payments for sales will be made 30 days after the sale has been completed.
7 Work may be handed in to Back Lane Gallery , on the 26th or 27th March between 1pm and 5pm . Work will only be accepted at these times.
8 Selection will be made on merit by a panel of four judges. The judges’ decision is final.
9 You will be notified by email, text or phone about the status of your entry on or before 29th March.
10 Work not selected must be collected from the gallery on the 30th of March until the 1st of April between 1pm and 4pm.
11 The exhibition of selected work will open at Back Lane Gallery on Saturday 2nd of April. The exhibition will continue until 30th of April.
12 By signing the entry form the Artist licences Back Lane Gallery to reproduce their work for publicity purposes in relation to the exhibition.

14 The utmost care will be taken of all work submitted but Back Lane will not be responsible for any damage, loss of, or destruction to any work for any reason whatsoever. Any insurance should therefore be effected by the artist against all risks.
15 Unsold work must be collected on or before 3rd May.
